Presentation Title: Anodizing Behavior of the Cast Magnesium Alloys in Ammonium Borate Solution 

 

Resume

 

Lishi Wang graduated from the School of Materials Science & Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology for his Master and Ph. D degree. Then as a post-doctorate in solid physics, he established an experimental set-up of plasma electrolytic oxidation for light alloys in the Department of Physics, Wuhan University during the period of 09.2005-07.2007. As an academic visitor, he had visited the Corrosion and Protection Centre, the University of Manchester at the period of 09.2008-09.2009. As a foreign CNRS researcher, He worked in the RDI group of the IM2NP Lab, Marseille, France, during the period of 12.2010-11.2011. Since 2007, Lishi Wang is working in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, and then in the College of Materials and Chemical Engineering, Hubei University of Technology in China. He is a full-time professor in the major of Materials Processing Engineering. His research interests mainly focus on the anodizing, plasma electrolytic oxidation, electrolytic plasma polishing of light alloys.
